Szechuan Pork Chinese recipe

Mga sangkap:

porkchop walang taba hiwain pahaba
1/2 tsp asin
1 1/2 tbsp sherry wine
1 1/2 cornstarch
1 tbsp mantika
PAGSAMAHIN LAHAT IBABAD 30 MINUTO AT IPRITO
ITABI

Para sa Sarsa:

1/2 tasang chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp asukal
1 tsp crushed red pepper
PAGSAMAHIN LAHAT ITABI

mantika
1 karot hiwain pahaba
2 tsp cornstarch ilagay sa kaunting tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto:

1)Sa isang kawali lagyan ng mantika ilagay ang karot
haluin, isunod ang napritong karne
2) isunod ang sarsa at ang cornstarch lutuin 3-5 minuto
